Submit a missing paper or missed delivery complaint online through your My Post account by navigating to the "Subscription and Billing" tab, click on "Manage Subscription," click here to access "My home delivery," and then click "Report missing of damaged paper".
You can also call 1-800-477-4679 to use our automated telephone service or to speak with a customer service representative.
Please note in order to get your paper re-delivered the next day (except Sundays which is delivered same day), you must call before 5PM Monday to Saturday and Holidays, 11:00 AM on Sunday. Customer will also receive a e-replica copy of the missed / damaged issue the same day it is reported.
